Life of  an Air Force Airman

        I was reassigned to the 32th Fighter Squadron in April 1961 from Weisbaden, Germany,
        to Camp New Amsterdam which is attached to Weisbaden.
 
 

        The countryside of Holland is beautiful.  Every where  you look all you can see are
        windmills and tulips.  I guess tulips stick in my mind because here in the states
        you see fields of wheat but in Holland there are fields of different color tulips.  Also
        everyone is wearing wooden shoes.
